Work Youll Do Manage installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance of SAP systems (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, etc.). Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal SAP system health. Administer user management, transport management, and system copies/refreshes. Design and implement SAP landscapes on leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), including migration from on-premise to cloud. Configure and optimize cloud infrastructure for SAP workloads, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. Automate infrastructure management processes and enable self-service solutions for clients. Implement and maintain security controls, backup/recovery strategies, and disaster recovery plans for SAP environments. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations. Stay current with SAP and cloud platform advancements, best practices, and emerging technologies. Recommend enhancements and automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Qualifications Required : Bachelors degree Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role Ability to travel 0-80%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration and cloud platform operations. 5+ years experience with SAP system installations, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning. 5+ years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SAP cloud migration projects 5+ years experience in SAP system installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management 2+ years experience leading project delivery or mentoring team members Preferred: SAP certification in BASIS, HANA, or related modules. Cloud platform certification (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) and DevOps practices. Secret Clearance or above. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,00 to $198,400. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
