Why You’ll Want This Job: Competitive base salary ($65,000 - $75,000) with an 18% bonus potential Amazing company culture with strong leadership and support Excellent healthcare, dental, vision, and 401K benefits Hybrid schedule – work from home and onsite flexibility Real estate industry exposure and professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities: Record monthly property-level income and expenses to ensure accurate NOI reporting Manage fixed asset additions and reconciliations in accordance with GAAP and revenue recognition principles Prepare acquisition entries, disposition entries, and gain/loss calculations per ASU 2017-05 Perform variance analysis on operating revenue/expenses quarterly Review and approve property invoices and prepare CAM reconciliations File monthly/quarterly sales tax and municipal property income-related filings Conduct quarterly asset impairment analyses Assist with documenting accounting policies and improving workflows Required Experience: 1–3 years of accounting experience (internships or full-time) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Excel required Nice-to-Have Experience: Hands-on experience with commercial real estate accounting Involvement with acquisitions, reconciliations, or asset disposition Background in corporate finance or audit Advanced MS Excel skills, MRI and Sage Fixed Assets There are no costs for candidates utilizing our services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
