Aircraft Assembler – Boeing 757 Program

Contract-to-Hire | Relocation Assistance Available

Relocation Package: $5,000 for candidates located more than 80 miles from Charleston.

Start Date: ASAP

Insight Global is hiring over 100 Aircraft Assemblers to support Boeing’s 757 program in Charleston, SC. This is a contract to hire opportunity, eligible for full time conversion after the initial 12-months of employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly and troubleshooting on aircraft components.
• Follow detailed installation instructions and safety guidelines.
• Use hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and product protection requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of direct mechanical assembly and/or troubleshooting experience.
• Aerospace experience preferred.
• 3+ years of aircraft experience required for higher pay tiers.
• Must be comfortable working all 3 shifts

Pay Rates (Based on Experience):

• $23.13/hr – 6 months to 2 years of experience
• $28.13/hr – 3 to 6 years of aircraft experience
• $33.75/hr – 7+ years of aircraft experience
