About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead its commercial roofing operations in Arizona. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, shaping and driving the company's strategy, and ensuring growth with a focus on operational excellence. This role demands a leader with a next-level mindset, grounded in the values of safety, integrity, professionalism, and communication. The Vice President will have full autonomy and a significant impact on the business, overseeing all aspects of the commercial roofing division, including revenue, margin, and EBITDA goals, and will be expected to strengthen relationships with key clients and expand the brand's presence. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' leadership experience in commercial roofing, construction, or related services, with a proven track record in team management and full P&L responsibility. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of driving business development, and with a strong background in client management and operational oversight. A degree in construction management, engineering, or business is preferred. The Vice President will also be tasked with building and developing a local team, cultivating a culture of safety and professionalism, and ensuring financial transparency and compliance.
