Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to support student progress
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals to provide effective therapy services
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic activities to enhance students motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes according to state and district regulations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute recommendations to support student success

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license and certifications as required by the state
• Experience working in school environments is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and school personnel
• Ability to adapt interventions based on individual student needs and educational goals
• Commitment to professional growth and staying current with best practices in pediatric occupational therapy
