This Construction company is looking for an Administrative Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with confidence, and brings a sharp eye for both detail and big-picture process improvement. This role is key to keeping our operations seamless, our numbers accurate, and our team supported.

What Youll Do
As our Administrative Manager, youll be the engine that keeps our office running smoothly. Youll:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing administrative team hiring, training, and inspiring staff to reach their full potential.
Design, implement, and continuously refine office policies, systems, and procedures to drive efficiency and scalability.
Handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
Run weekly team meetings to monitor workflow, forecast staffing needs, and align on priorities.
Partner with the Director of Administration on monthly labor accruals and cost reallocations to ensure financial accuracy.
Oversee the preparation and review of month-end reports, metrics, and reconciliations.
Record and review monthly bank reconciliations in QuickBooks and monitor cash flow with precision preparing weekly cash assessments for ownership review.
Support accounts payable and receivable functions, jumping in where needed to keep deadlines on track.
Assist with monthly invoicing to clients when required, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Experience working with offshore team members
Experience working with unions
4+ years of experience as an Office/Admin Manager
Strong Communication skills working cross functionally & with Executive Level Leadership
Critical Attention to Detail
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, & Payroll experience specifically working with invoices and making updates to QuickBooks
Extensive use of Excel & the Microsoft Suite
Strong team management experience leading a blended on/offshore team
