• Salary range 007: $121,200 - $151,500 (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).

What’s involved in this role :

We are looking for a Regional Engineering Manager in Jerome, ID.

The Regional Engineering Manager is accountable for the successful execution of capital projects within their assigned category and portfolio of plants. This role leads a team of engineers and supports plant-level initiatives that align with the business category’s priorities, ensuring safety, quality, cost control, and timely delivery. The Manager partners with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and other stakeholders to drive value and operational readiness.

• Lead the execution of capital projects across assigned facilities, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and in-scope delivery.
• Manage a team of project engineers, providing direction, coaching, and technical support.
• Coordinate with site leadership and cross-functional teams to align project scope with operational goals.
• Ensure project documentation, risk management, and reporting are maintained according to governance standards.
• Lead and support engineering design reviews, construction oversight, commissioning, and start-up activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, equipment upgrades, and energy savings in collaboration with site teams.
• Contribute to site master planning and future capital roadmaps.
• Participate in monthly portfolio reviews and report project status to the Director.
• Ensure all work complies with safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the day-to-day engineering lead for assigned plants within the category.
• Develop talent and technical competencies within the engineering team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Escalate risks, delays, and resource gaps proactively to the Director.

What you need to join our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
• Minimum seven (7) years of experience in in capital project execution in dairy, food, beverage, or manufacturing environments required.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different sites required.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams and managing project engineers required.
• Strong knowledge of project management, construction, and plant engineering practices required.
• Familiarity with stage-gate project governance required.
• Working knowledge of utilities, automation, and packaging systems required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to drive results in cross-functional environments required.
