Responsibilities Analyzes, interprets, updates, and formats biographical,
professional, and financial information into concise
report formats for various fundraising events and projects.
Utilizes a variety
of research techniques and resources to prepare background reports, profiles, and other
information for donor visits and
travel.
Responsible for constant communication with development staff on moves management progress.
Create custom dashboards to track
donor progress.
Plan and execute quarterly prospect list review meetings with each member of the Major Gift and
Leadership Annual
Giving staff.
Manage all prospect identification and qualification software.
Organize and maintain prospect
records.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated
organizational and research abilities with strong attention to detail.
Ability to efficiently operate Microsoft software and other
University-required systems.
Ability to interact in an effective and appropriate manner with diverse populations, the University
community and the public.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree
Experience in prospect research, development,
fundraising and/or related research.
Proficient in Microsoft Word.
Preferred: Experience in data
analytics, information systems or business.
A background check will be required of the successful applicant.
