The ideal candidate thrives in a flexible startup environment, balancing administrative responsibilities with people-focused tasks to keep our team running smoothly.
Required Skills & Experience
• Prior experience in office management, administration, or operations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience with calendar management and HR-related duties (onboarding, interviews, background checks) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities may shift quickly.
• Proactive problem-solver with a “can-do” attitude.
