Make an Impact Where It Matters Most

Build software used by hundreds of mission customers. Join a tight 6 person pod inside a 20 plus engineer program. Ship ingest pipelines, scalable REST APIs, and sharp visualizations. Help integrate new PAI sources faster and safer. Work on a stable, long running platform with real reach.

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include

• Develop and improve a mature web platform, code, diagrams, tests.

• Build and maintain ingest and data processing flows.

• Create and tune REST APIs in Spring Boot.

• Transform, validate, and enrich JSON.

• Design UI updates that speed analysis.

• Partner across sub teams to keep end to end performance strong.

• Apply patterns that improve scalability and maintainability.

• Work in Linux. Use Git and Maven daily.

• Review PRs, write clear tickets, and document decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Clearance: Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph, must be active, we do not have the ability to sponsor clearances.

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen, we can not sponsor visa.

• Experience and Education:

  • 3 years of software engineering with a B.S. in a technical field, or

  • 4 additional years in place of a B.S.

Required Skills

• Java development.

• Data wrangling and processing. Discovery, mining, cleaning, exploration, modeling, structuring, enriching, and validating JSON.

• Git for version control. Maven for builds.

• Comfortable in a Linux development environment.

• Strong collaboration and communication.

• Appetite to learn new tools, tech, and workflows.

Desired Qualifications

• Dataflow tools, Apache NiFi or similar.

• NoSQL databases, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis, Dgraph.

• Spring Boot REST APIs. Spring Security. Spring Data.

• Scripting, Bash, Python, or Groovy.

• AWS services, EC2, S3, Lambda.

• CI and CD, GitLab CI or Jenkins. Automated testing, JUnit.

• Atlassian tools, Jira and Confluence.

• Containers, Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations.

Compensation Range: $127,000.00 - $167,000.00 
*The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications. The final offer will be tailored after a thorough evaluation of the candidate’s background and suitability for the role. Please note that this range is intended as a guideline and is subject to flexibility.
