In this role, you will be a key financial leader, providing critical analysis and guidance to support strategic business decisions and drive financial performance. You will manage forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations. This position offers the opportunity to develop and mentor junior team members, contribute to long-term planning initiatives, and influence executive-level decision-making. You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where analytical thinking, problem-solving, and accuracy are essential. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex data into actionable insights that guide business strategy.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead and support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and scenario analysis.
  • Build financial models and provide actionable insights for decision-making across the business.
  • Develop and deliver financial commentary, presentations, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements in day-to-day financial operations, proposing solutions to enhance processes and reporting.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives such as commission structures, ROI analysis of products, and other ad hoc financial assessments.
  • Partner with executives on long-term financial planning, Board deliverables, and strategic decision analysis.
  • Mentor and develop junior finance team members to build capacity and expertise.
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of finance experience in corporate finance, consulting, or high-growth technology environments.
  • 1+ years of people management experience.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and Excel skills; experience with SQL preferred.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Mode, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • SaaS experience is a plus but not required.
  • Critical thinking, self-motivation, adaptability, and a highly organized approach to work.
