A contract Occupational Therapist position is available in Columbia, SC, serving a K-12 school district. This role offers the chance to provide specialized OT services in an educational environment, supporting students developmental and functional needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to students individual educational plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Monitor student outcomes and adjust therapy plans accordingly
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
• Participate in meetings and compliance-related activities as required

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in South Carolina (or eligibility)
• Experience providing OT services in school-based settings preferred
• Strong understanding of K-12 educational system and student developmental needs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and adapt to varying student requirements
