Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of electrical projects from initial planning to implementation
• Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and profitability
• Manage onsite personnel and subcontractors to ensure safety and quality
• Collaborate with inspectors, architects, contractors, and local officials
• Estimate and track change orders while maintaining budget control
• Maintain high standards of workmanship adhering to project plans and specifications
• Provide accurate manpower forecasts and cost-to-complete projections

Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy construction or industrial project experience
• Proven success in industrial electrical project management
• Strong electrical background with knowledge of large-scale systems
• Proficiency with construction management software; Vista, Procore, and Accubid are a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
