Provides support to the patients, providers and families of patients who are under the care in clinics; provides timely information to patients and families of patients who are undergoing dental treatment, assists with the connection of patient’s community dental provider to obtain necessary records for treatment in clinic. Enters dental billing charges; monitors billing, follow-up procedures; Insurance verification, evaluates the accuracy of the patient accounts; assumes responsibility for all duties necessary to ensure that dental and maxillofacial prosthetic procedures will be paid appropriately; obtains pre-authorizations and follow-up on all accounts until full payment is received. Obtains and notes co-pays and payments on appointments. Starting salary is $48,047.Qualifications:
