Title : Corporate & Litigation Paralegal

Location: Portland, OR Hybrid3 days onsite

Duration: 12 months

JOB DESCRIPTION

Corporate & litigation paralegal experience
Litigation support experience, including coordination with outside counsel, document review, and case management
Discovery experience, including collecting, organizing, and producing documents in response to subpoenas and discovery requests
Experience with business licenses, corporate organization, foreign qualifications, and similar corporate filings
Experience managing due diligence and regulatory filings
Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent writing and proofreading abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new subject matter areas
Experience working both independently and as part of a small team
Ability to maintain effective relationships across departments and with external legal teams
