We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee industrial construction projects, including warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, large-scale industrial builds.

With offices nationwide, we specialize in a wide range of project types that are as diverse and wide-ranging as the communities in which we build. This role, will be 100% local to our Arlington, TX office**.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Oversee site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations.
Lead weekly project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or costs.
Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing industrial construction projects.
Proven track record of successfully delivering warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing facility builds.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, and budgeting.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam).
