This position is HYBRID - in office 3-4 days per week, and remote 1-2 days per week.

$65,000 - $75,000 yearly

• Manage the office's secretarial duties, including leading day-to-day operations and overseeing administrative items.
• Inbound/outbound call management with various lead sources, customers, service providers, vendors, etc.
• Create and organize work orders for newly signed projects through collaboration with sales and project management
• Lead and manage daily office operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
• Develop and implement office policies that align with our company values and enhance productivity.
• Coordinate with team members to organize and oversee meetings, appointments, etc.
• Foster a positive and collaborative office environment by supporting staff and addressing concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
• Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned.

• Experience in residential / home services (roofing, solar, plumbing / HVAC, landscaping, remodeling, etc.)
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing office operations and administrative functions effectively.
• Proven track record of implementing efficient office systems and procedures.
• Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with customers, vendors, and service providers.
• Familiarity with human resources tasks, including policy facilitation and compliance.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
