Salehi Boyer Lavigne Lombana, P.A. is seeking an experienced and skilled Associate attorney (with 2-3 years’ experience preferred) to work in its Insurance Litigation/Insurance Coverage Department. We are searching for self-governing, proactive, strategic thinkers, who are looking for growth and opportunity. SBLL offers a 90 day mentorship program, with ongoing and regular trainings, and seminars and presentations by team members. We are equipped with the highest level apps and technology to make remote work a breeze, and we have an incredible team for support and guidance! What SBLL seeks:
A skilled Attorney with 2-3 years’ experience. Insurance Litigation/Insurance Coverage experience is preferred.
Admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and focused on daily and long term case goals.
Self-motivated, passionate, and driven.
Strong research, communication, and writing skills.
Candidate who is adaptable and collaborative.
Candidate who enjoys working in a cooperative team environment.
Attorney responsibilities will include the following:
1. Review of claim files, analysis of case strategy, preparation of strategy reports.
2. Attend court hearings and depositions.
3. Preparation of litigation pleadings, strategic discovery, and motion practice.
4. Negotiate favorable settlements for our clients.
5. Provide tactical feedback to clients in a responsive manner.
