Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper files
  • Provide front-line communication, answering phones and routing inquiries professionally
  • Support the team with administrative functions such as expense reports, travel arrangements, and supply management
  • Assist with the onboarding of new staff and maintain confidential records
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Previous experience in administrative roles, including receptionist or front desk duties.
