Compensation: $20–$25/hour (based on experience) Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Hourly) Role Description We are seeking a professional, punctual, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team. This flexible, entry- to mid-level role is ideal for someone looking to build experience in a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment. The Virtual Assistant will play a key role in supporting our consulting team with daily administrative operations and client communication. Key Responsibilities: Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments Respond to and organize emails professionally and in a timely manner Conduct data entry and maintain digital filing systems Perform basic research and summarize findings for internal use Assist with document preparation and project coordination Communicate professionally with clients and internal team members Support special projects and general office administration as needed Qualifications: Strong professionalism and consistent punctuality are required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace Prior experience in an administrative or virtual assistant role preferred Interest or background in healthcare or related fields is a plus This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a desire to contribute to a growing, mission-driven healthcare consulting firm.
