The Role

We're seeking a Video Production Project Manager to manage our production team and drive customer success in production projects. In this role, you'll hire and manage 3D video production professionals and serve as a bridge between them and our customers. You will guide customers through their use of our production platform, ensuring successful implementation of Voia's technology while managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer video production projects
  • Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Guide clients through the virtual production workflow, from initial capture to final output
  • Hire, outsource and manage 3D video production professionals
  • Coordinate between clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to all stakeholders
  • Create and maintain project documentation and best practices
  • Identify and resolve technical and creative challenges during production, and work with our product teams to improve our production platform


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years experience managing teams of professionals
  • Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
  • Experience with project scheduling and resource management
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Background in client success or account management


Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of video and virtual production workflows and terminology
  • 3+ years of experience in film, television, or digital content production
  • Experience with virtual production, motion capture, or VFX projects
  • Experience with project management tools ( Monday.com , Asana, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in film, digital media, or related field
  • Commitment to customer success
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative problem-solving approach
  • Leadership and team coordination capabilities
