Location: Malvern, PennsylvaniaJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $50 - 57 per hourWe are seeking a talented UX Designer to help shape intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences fora B2B public-facing web platform and related digital spaces. As part of the Marketing Design team, you will collaborate closely with the UX Design Manager and cross-functional partners to translate business goals and user needs into elegant, user-centered solutions. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating experiences that delight users while meeting strategic objectives. Must be able to commute to Malvern, PA (three days a week - Tuesday to Thursday). Responsibilities:User-Centered Design Execution - Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma along with other design tools.Apply UX best practices, brand standards, and accessibility guidelines to all design work.Conduct and incorporate findings from user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.Collaboration & Communication.Work closely with the UX Design Manager to ensure alignment with design strategy and project goals.Partner with product owners, project managers, and other marketing stakeholders to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.Present design concepts and rationale to UX Design Manager, project teams and stakeholders. Qualifications:Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience in UX/UI design.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager a plus.Strong understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.Ability to iterate on design solutions based on stakeholder feedback.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a design-related field.Six month contract to start.
