Zoox is seeking a University Relations Recruiter to support our internship program and drive our university outreach efforts. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end recruitment process for intern hiring — from sourcing and screening to offer extension — while also helping to build relationships with universities and support event planning and execution. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll partner closely with hiring managers, contribute to intern program initiatives, and represent Zoox externally at events and on campus. We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable speaking in front of groups, and excited to engage with early-career talent and internal stakeholders alike. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for intern roles: source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through the offer process Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on hiring strategy Help plan and execute intern program events, engagement activities, and onboarding/offboarding activities Represent Zoox at campus events, career fairs, and info sessions to build brand awareness and attract talent Collaborate with the broader team on university outreach strategy and partnerships Contribute to projects that enhance our intern hiring, tracking, and reporting processes Support interns during their time at Zoox, acting as a point of contact and resource Travel ~20% as needed for campus engagement and recruitment events Qualifications BA/BA and 4+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally university or early-career hiring Technical recruiting experience or exposure to technical roles is a strong plus Exceptional attention to detail and organization Experience supporting events or programs, especially in a fast-paced or cross-functional environment Demonstrated ability to manage projects and collaborate with stakeholders across levels Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups and speaking externally Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Compensation There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $116,000 to $139,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling and positioning within a level are determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate\'s relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting represents the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
