\nRadiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work four 10-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with rotating days off
\n• 40 hours per week guaranteed
\n• Call requirements include weekday call once every other week and weekend call (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) every 6 weeks
\n• Late stay requirements based on staffing needs
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT or ARDMS, Cardiac Interventional (CI), CVT
\n• Preferred certifications: ACLS, ARRT Advanced
\n• Advanced certification in Vascular Interventional, Cardiac-Interventional, or Cardiovascular preferred but not required
\n• Must have minimum 2 years of experience and 1 prior travel assignment
\n• Required skills: C-Arm, Contrast, Biopsies, IR/Angio/Special Procedure Experience
\n• Work with patients of all age groups: Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics
\n• Scrubs provided by facility
\n• Must have DC license in hand at time of submission
\n• Two supervisor references required
\n• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
\n• Charting system: Cerner
\n• Complete modules pre-start and during orientation (average 12 hours)

\nThis is a 402-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital that offers a comprehensive range of vascular, nonvascular, and neurological image-guided procedures through their Interventional Radiology department. The facility specializes in advanced minimally invasive procedures including clot removal, tumor treatment, varicose vein therapy, targeted cancer treatments, organ drainage, and biopsies using cutting-edge clinical trials and equipment to maximize patient safety and develop next-generation treatments.
