ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel Special Procedures Technologist for a travel job in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

\nRadiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 5x8 hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
\n• Weekend shifts required
\n• On-call required 1-2 nights per week and every 5th Friday and Saturday
\n• 1-2 years of experience required
\n• Travel experience required
\n• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, SCRQSA
\n• Must obtain state license prior to starting if pending
\n• 2 hours of orientation provided
\n• Work with patients including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
\n• Scrub with and work under direction of Interventional Radiologist
\n• Perform interventional radiology procedures with accuracy and professionalism
\n• Handle charge entry and charge reconciliation
\n• Perform procedures including UFE, TACE, Y-90, abdominal embolizations, TIPS, venography, portacath placement, epidural injections, lumbar punctures, myelograms, joint injections, abscess drains, tube changes, perc neph tube placement, kyphoplasty, and bone marrow biopsies
\n• Work in 3-room interventional radiology department
\n• Must pass cardiac dysrhythmia test and moderate sedation test on first day of orientation
\n• Strict attendance policy - more than two missed shifts per 13-week contract may result in cancellation
\n• All time off requests must be included in initial submission
