We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the development and enhancement of a Conversational Toolkit Video platform within a fast‑growing healthcare environment. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, product management experience, and a deep understanding of contact center operations. You will drive the product vision, define the roadmap, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative communication solutions.
