JOB DESCRIPTION Job Summary The Senior HCM Workday Consultant leads the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the HR production system,
Workday , with a primary focus on
Core HCM . This role is responsible for managing the production support team, ensuring seamless integration across HR functions, and driving operational excellence through strategy, governance, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities - Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement strategies for Workday HR functions, anticipating complex challenges and aligning solutions with broader organizational goals.
- Act as a strategic advisor for Workday HCM initiatives, providing expertise on system configuration, security, and integration.
- Program & Project Management
- Lead governance and delivery of large-scale HR technology projects using best-practice project management methodologies.
- Oversee the development and approval of project plans, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and resources are aligned.
- Define clear roles and responsibilities across project and production support teams, maintaining compliance with organizational standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and manage stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Develop and execute stakeholder engagement and communication plans to ensure transparency, alignment, and adoption.
- Subject Matter Expertise
- Serve as a Workday HCM and HR technology expert, staying current on new features, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
- Represent HR technology functions in cross-functional initiatives and governance discussions.
- Capability Development
- Evaluate and enhance team capabilities to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to increase efficiency, system reliability, and user satisfaction.

Education - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field,
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
