As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the premises, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and providing exceptional customer service to everyone onsite. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity or access.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns within the manufacturing and industrial location.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel and Allied Universal team members to address and resolve security-related issues.
• Document and communicate incidents, hazards, and/or maintenance needs observed during patrols to the appropriate parties.
• Remain alert and observant while moving throughout different areas of the location, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.

• Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
