Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An elementary school is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive services for K-8 students across one or two school locations. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 21, 2026, with onsite responsibilities in Peoria, AZ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 students with mild to severe needs.
• Provide services on an itinerant basis, supporting students in one or two locations.
• Conduct compensatory services as required.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure high-quality care.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student development and educational goals.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapy license.
• IVP Fingerprint Card (must be included in the application).
• Previous experience working in school-based occupational therapy settings is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and deliver individualized therapy plans.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation for collaborating within the educational environment.

• Onsite position based in an elementary school setting in Peoria, Arizona.
