Job Description

Compensation: $55 - $75 /hour (long-term contract)
Location: Denver preferred; open to remote (if remote, occasional travel to Denver as needed)
Position: Automation Developer

Inceed has partnered with a great energy company to help find a skilled Automation Developer to join their team! This long-term contract role offers the chance to support enterprise-level automation initiatives while contributing to both traditional RPA work and emerging AI-driven processes. The organization is expanding its automation footprint and seeking professionals who can help enhance workflows, introduce innovative solutions, and blend RPA with generative AI capabilities. While candidates located in Denver are preferred, the team is open to strong remote applicants and will provide travel as needed. With a flexible 9/80 schedule and opportunities for collaboration across technical and leadership teams, this role is a strong fit for candidates interested in modern automation technologies and large-scale digital transformation efforts.

Responsibilities:

Support enterprise automation efforts across multiple workstreams.

Design and optimize Microsoft Power Automate flows.

Work with various automation platforms and contribute to RPA initiatives.

Assist with auditing and compliance needs related to automation efforts.

Collaborate with AI-focused teams and contribute to prompt-engineering-style tasks as needed.

Help bridge traditional automation with emerging generative automation tools.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Hands-on experience with Power Automate and flow development.

Background working with other automation tools (e.g., UiPath or similar).

Familiarity with supporting automation in an enterprise-level setting.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with Microsoft CoPilot Studio.

Exposure to prompt engineering or generative AI tools.

Familiarity with platforms like Palantir.
