Unit Description: The role of the registered nurse is the engine and hearth of patient care as it has a primary focus of telephone and online patient triage. This role will work on Seizure Action Plans for patients and families, coordinate scheduling of appointments, tests and procedures. This position will work seamlessly with our other pediatric nurses as well as other sub-specialty nurses with-in our department.

  • Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
  • \n
  • The University of Vermont Health Network is moving toward an all Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) workforce. All external candidates hired into, or current employees promoted to, a RN position will be required to obtain their BSN as outlined in the terms of their offer letter.
  • \n
  • Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
  • \n
