Why This Opportunity Stands Out: Competitive Compensation: $75Kâ$85K salary range, plus a 5â10% annual bonus Comprehensive Benefits: Excellent health, dental, and vision benefits Collaborative Culture: Work alongside a passionate team in a close-knit, supportive environment Diverse Role: Manage accounting for a portfolio of 25 residential and commercial properties, gaining exposure to a variety of accounting functions Growth Potential: Join a rapidly expanding firm where your contributions will directly impact the business Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Property Accounting: Oversee all aspects of property accounting for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties General Ledger & Month-End Close: Manage journal entries, financial statement preparation, and month-end close processes Budget & Financial Analysis: Collaborate with leadership on budget planning and performance analysis Accounts Payable/Receivable & Reconciliations: Handle AP, AR, and perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy Software Utilization: Leverage AppFolio for accounting functions and advanced Excel skills for reporting Ideal Candidate: Property Accounting Experience: At least 2 years of experience with property accounting, including GL, AP, AR, and financial reporting Tech-Savvy: Proficient in AppFolio or similar property management software, with strong Excel skills Detail-Oriented: Organized, with a high level of accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment There are no costs for candidates utilizingour services as our clients pay for all related hiring fees.
