Production Worker-All Shifts

We currently have multiple production opportunities on all shifts and in all departments at our facility in Elizabethton, TN and are looking for great people who are interested in helping our boss the customer.

The Regulator Production Department is looking for motivated and dependable coworkers to join our newest department. In this role, you'll assemble gas regulators using hand tools and specialized equipment and perform leak tests to ensure product quality and safety. Coworkers will operate assembly and test stations, following strict safety and quality standards. Precision, attendance, focus, and a commitment to doing the job right are key to success in this role.

Overview:

• Set up and operate both CNC and manual machines.
• Load and unload production equipment, perform quality inspections on parts and handle a fast paced work environment.
• Assemble, test and package a variety of manufacturing products.
• Check parts for conformance to specifications.
• Material handling

Qualifications:

• Experience operating manual and/or CNC lathes, mills or machining centers preferred.
• We are willing to train the right candidate.

Wage:

• Wages start at $19.89 with increases every 6 months as you move up the wage scale.
• Shift Differential - $1.50 for 2nd and 3rd shift
• $2000 Retention Bonus - $500 at 90 days, $500 at 180 days, and $1000 at 365 days of employment.
