Production Operator

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company with four decades of experience engineering and manufacturing specializing in custom synthetic ropes, slings, and hardware solutions. With a commitment to innovation, quality, and safety, they cater to a diverse range of industries, including offshore, construction, maritime, and more. As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, contributing to the production of high-quality synthetic ropes, slings, and hardware.

What you get to do:

• Machine Operation: Operate production machinery, including extruders, braiders, and testing equipment, to ensure the efficient and accurate manufacturing of synthetic ropes and related products.
• Quality Control: Monitor production processes to maintain the highest standards of quality. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirement.
• Material Handling: Handle raw materials and components, ensuring proper storage, handling, and utilization in the production process. Adhere to safety protocols and best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, engineers, and quality control personnel to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings, quality checks, and any deviations from standard operating procedures.

What you need to be successful:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, preferably in the production of ropes, slings, or related products.
• Familiarity with production machinery and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Pay: $20.00

Schedule: 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM, Rotating Schedule
