Duties and Responsibilities:
- Properly diagnose potential plumbing problems
- Be able to effectively communicate to customers repair scenarios, pricing for repairs, explanations of warranties, and collection of payment
- Explain what new, cool, plumbing products are available
- Conduct their work with the highest possible quality & integrity
- Develop genuine relationships with our customer family
- Smile!
- Help build upon our awesome Google reviews
- Work well with all our other Super Plumbers and HVAC Technicians
- Be willing to take part in a liberal “on call” service rotation
- Assist company dispatchers with service call scheduling/ managing
- Be happy for the opportunity to help others
- Ability to drive company vehicles to various commercial and residential sites for work
- Provide service, repair, and/or propose replacement of plumbing components, accessories, and equipment
- Start-up installed equipment and adjust to the manufacturer specifications
- Troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise that would keep the equipment from functioning
- Possess a good knowledge of our company's products and services being offered
