Collaborate effectively with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care transitions. Manage a variety of acute medical conditions and make critical decisions in a time-sensitive environment. Document patient care meticulously and accurately. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment for the entire healthcare team. Who We Seek: Board-certified in Internal Medicine (BC/IM). Minimum two years of experience in Hospital Medicine is preferred. Experience managing patients in a critical care setting is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. A commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, nighttime environment.
