Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time Occupational Therapist is needed to provide comprehensive therapy services for students in a K-12 school setting, located in Kelseyville, CA. This contract position covers the current school year (CSY), offering the opportunity to support a caseload of fewer than 50 students with a range of mild to severe needs. The therapist will play a critical role in improving students' functional abilities and supporting their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluation, assessment, and development of individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to support students participation in educational activities
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
• Maintain detailed documentation, comply with all state and federal regulations, and monitor student progress
• Provide consultation and training to staff and families to enhance student success

Qualifications / Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in California
• Experience working in a school-based setting (K-12 preferred)
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively, with skills addressing a wide range of mild to severe student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and relevant educational laws and guidelines
