Vitality NP Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become a part of our team!

Part- or full-time position open for a qualified NP in a skilled nursing facility in Egg Harbor, NJ!

Responsibilities:

• Assessment of all recent admissions and acute issues of both subacute and long-term care patients
• Prevention of needless hospital transfers through early assessment and interventions
• Communication and collaboration with primary care and specialists

Qualifications:

• Previous RN experience - NEW NP GRADS WELCOMED!
• Ability to work as an interdisciplinary team member
• Good critical thinking/ assessment skills and the ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills and computers

Job Type:

• Full-time
• Part-time

Pay:

• $65.00-75.00 per hour (plus productivity bonus)
• or $120,000.00-$160,000.00 (for FT - base plus productivity)
