SHIFT DETAILS:

• Standard 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 17:00 (Mon - Fri)

WORK DETAILS:

• Support staff: medical Assistant, registration, pre-certification specialist, EEG technician
• Amount of coverage needed per month: one to two weeks per month
• Patients per day: 8-12 outpatient visits, 1-5 inpatient consults
• Patient population/age: 0-18
• Department description: Outpatient clinic; inpatient coverage at Hospital (same site/location)
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital bed size: 146
• Special procedures: none
• Skills required: EEG reading preferred but not required

Practice Setting:

• Clinic/Private Practice
• Hospital

REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certification: required
• State license required: required or IMLC or if they qualify for the WV temp license
• DEA: required:
• Certifications preferred:
• Certifications required: BLS, PALS, NRP, ACLS
• Minimum experience required: at least 1 year
• Credentialing Timeframe:60 days
• Willing To License?:YES if IMLC or they qualify for the WV temp license
