Our working hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

- Knowledge of framing, trim, siding, window and door installation, as well as the basic tools to do the work.
- Valid driver’s license & a dependable vehicle, (ideally something that can haul some materials.)
- Personable, works well with others and customers
- Works well independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Has integrity

- Reputable, Professional Residential Remodeling Company
- 20+ years in the remodeling industry
- General Contractor
- Work primarily from south lake Washington North, West Seattle, The Eastside, and the North End.

- 2-week paid vacation and 1 week paid sick/wellness leave. (After probationary period of 90 days)

- 9 paid holidays including: New Year’s Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, 4th and 5th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Christmas Day.

- $100 per week reimbursement for health expenditures until a company sponsored health plan is available.

- Some gas reimbursement (dependent on necessary travel between jobs.)
