Job Title: IT Intern
What will you do on the team?
At Bupa Global Latin America, we rely on a dynamic team of IT professionals to solve the many technical challenges of our organization. We're seeking a Helpdesk Intern who will provide first-line technical support to internal users, resolving hardware, software, and system incidents.
Your mission is to be responsible for logging, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
And additionally:💙 Provide first-level technical support to end users via phone, email, ticketing system, and in-person.
💙Log, classify, and prioritize support tickets in the incident management system (Service Desk).
💙 Maintain updated inventory of assigned equipment and track technology assets.
💙 Provide support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and corporate applications.
What do you need?
🎓 Education: Technical Degree, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
🌱 Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support or helpdesk
🌍 Languages: Bilingual, English/Spanish
