Job Description
Experienced Group Home Worker responsible for providing care and support to individuals who live in the group home setting, such as those with disabilities, the elderly, or mentally challenged individuals.
Employee will ensure a comfortable, safe, clean, and healthy environment for all residents.
Duties include: preparing meals, regular home maintenance tasks such as cleaning, communicating regularly with owner, healthcare professionals, family members, and social workers about the residents’ progress or concerns. Implementing and monitoring behavior management programs for residents, adhering to all relevant legislation and best practice guidelines related to group home care, ensuring safety protocols and emergency plans are followed by all residents and self.
