We've partnered with a financial services firm who is seeking a Client Service Representative - Currency Admin to join its team. This position is responsible for the daily production, oversight, and client service support of Currency Administration mandates. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of operational procedures, strong analytical skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality service in a deadline-driven environment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across regional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of all client deliverables.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operational tasks for an assigned portfolio of Currency Administration client relationships, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing effective resolutions and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with regional offices to ensure seamless execution of daily deliverables and consistent service across global locations.
- Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and operational expertise in all aspects of FX and Currency Administration processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to maintaining a culture of operational excellence and risk awareness.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in fund accounting, foreign exchange operations, or financial services is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
