Position Summary:

TEKsystems is actively hiring entry-level Data Entry Associates to support a well-established company in Minneapolis. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional environment with structured training and consistent hours. The role is primarily focused on physical file management and data verification within a secure vault setting.

7:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• File Management & Organization:
  • Pull and refile loan documents according to established protocols.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure files are accurately placed and organized.
  • Verify that loan files are stored in their correct locations.
• Physical Activity & Navigation:
  • Walk throughout the vault for the majority of the shift.
  • Use step stools to access files stored at various heights.
  • Maintain awareness of safety procedures while navigating the vault.
• File Recovery & Investigation:
  • Search shelves thoroughly for missing files.
  • Use internal systems to research file history and identify potential misplacement clues.
  • Investigate file locations by checking desks, carts, and other storage areas.
• Data Entry & System Updates:
  • Input and update file location data in the company’s tracking system.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of digital records.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with physical tasks including walking, climbing, and lifting light materials.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate internal systems.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• No prior experience required – training will be provided.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
