Full-Stack Developer (Entry Level)

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Software Engineer to join our small and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for building innovative applications, staying on the cutting edge of technologies, and leveraging tools and AI to maximize a reliable code base and turnover time for development tasks.

What You'll Do

You will be working on an existing and rapidly growing internal task management user dashboard. You will be creating new features, refactoring code, optimizing pages, and finding new ways to innovate and improve the existing system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapidly prototype and iterate on complex visualization concepts
• Balance user feature requests with technical feasibility
• Design pragmatic, event-driven architectures that scale without over-engineering
• Evaluate and select technology stacks based on developer productivity
• Create detailed technical specifications that other developers can implement
• Make build-vs-buy-vs-generate decisions for every component
• Prototype complex React components and data visualizations
• Design database schemas and event-sourcing patterns
• Build proof-of-concepts for AI/LLM integration

Have Experience With:

• Frontend : React, Next.js, TypeScript, complex data visualization
• Backend : Python (FastAPI/Django), Node.js, REST/GraphQL APIs
• Database : PostgreSQL, event-driven architectures, ORMs vs SQL
• AI/ML : LangChain, RAG systems, vector databases (huge plus)
• Architecture : Microservices, event sourcing, real-time systems

Work Schedule:

• This position requires on-site presence Monday through Thursday for 8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Remote work is permitted on Fridays, allowing employees to work from home.
