Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
Monitor and analyze safety performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Serve as a resource for employees regarding health and safety concerns.
Prepare and present reports on safety initiatives and compliance status to management.

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in health and safety engineering or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Certification in safety management (e.g., CSP, CIH) is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and safety management software.
