They offer full design-build capabilities and turnkey installations across a range of commercial applications. We’re partnered with a well-established electrical contractor in the DFW area, seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee commercial projects across the education, municipal, and healthcare sectors. This role involves managing individual projects up to $5 million and handling multiple concurrent jobs with a combined value of up to $10 million.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Developing project schedules and managing timelines
• Coordinating subcontractors, materials, and manpower
• Leading project meetings and communicating with stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with local codes and safety standards
• Overseeing documentation, RFIs, and submittals using tools like Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Project

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction and experience managing projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, and municipal buildings.

• Ideal candidates will: Have 5+ years of experience in project management within the electrical contracting space.
• Be comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously, with combined values of up to $10 million.
• Possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and specifications.
• Be proficient with project management tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, and MS Project.
• Communicate clearly with both field and office teams, as well as clients and consultants.
• Have a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering quality results on time and within budget.

• Package: Salary: Up to $130,000
• Vehicle Allowance: $500/month
• 401(k): 100% match up to 4%
