World CopperSmith, Inc is hiring an E-Commerce Sales Representative to support premium online sales through phone, email, chat, and CRM systems. This is a consultative, inside-sales role focused on closing high-value, custom purchases for homeowners, interior designers, builders, and contractors.

This role is designed for experienced sales professionals who are highly proficient with technology, comfortable in structured systems, and skilled at selling complex products in a digital-first environment.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to inbound e-commerce leads via phone, email, chat, and CRM
• Manage sales opportunities, follow-ups, and pipelines within CRM and internal systems
• Consult with customers to understand needs and recommend products and configurations
• Guide customers through pricing, customization, and checkout or quoting processes
• Ensure order accuracy prior to production
• Build repeat business through strong service and communication
• Meet or exceed sales, conversion, and revenue targets

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in phone-based and/or online sales (required)
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems, computers, and technology (required)
• Experience selling through e-commerce, inbound leads, or inside sales environments
• Consultative sales approach with strong closing skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently in a structured, performance-driven environment
