Local transportion company/3PL, priding themselves on their robust end to end solutions they offer to their clients, as well as reputation for excellence in the market, is seeking a Dispatcher/Logistics Coordinator!

RESPONSIBILITIES:


-Oversee domestic operations, reporting, load coverage, and customer care


-Scheduling and route planning, tracking and monitoring, and documentation


-Partner with the sales and operations teams for optimal customer satisfaction


-Maintaining detailed record of calls, shipments, and driver logs


-Ensuring timely and efficient operations, while prioritizing safety and compliance

QUALIFICATIONS:


-High school diploma required


-Ability to work both independently and within a team


-1-2 years in the transportation industry, with focus on domestic trucking


-High energy, with a passion for maintaining/retaining relationships with outside clients and vendors


-Self-starter with strong organization & presentation skills
