ABOUT US

We invest in properties that stand apart—offering breathtaking views, private landscaped grounds, and thoughtfully designed spaces focused solely on hosting unforgettable events. Our venues deliver exceptional dining, service, and atmosphere for clients seeking a truly elevated experience.

As we expand, we are also investing in talented professionals who share our passion for hospitality and creating extraordinary moments.

POSITION

We are seeking a professional, strategic, and charismatic Director of Sales and Events at Harrington Farm in Princeton, Massachusetts.

Nestled on 14 acres along the western slope of the Wachusett Mountain Preserve, Harrington Farm blends New England charm with natural beauty. Rolling meadows, lush gardens, and a tranquil pond set the stage for ceremonies beneath a handcrafted wooden arbor. Guests enjoy cocktails under our signature sailcloth Sperry Tent before celebrating in our post-and-beam barn, where soaring ceilings, warm wood beams, and a grand stone patio with fireplace create a setting both rustic and refined.

As Director of Sales and Events, you will be the driving force behind sales and marketing initiatives, guiding clients from first inquiry to final toast. You will represent Harrington Farm with professionalism and warmth, collaborate closely with the General Manager and Aviva leadership, coach Sales Specialists and Events Specialists, and play a central role in the continued success of this one-of-a-kind property.
